A few years ago I started hiding Fridge Magnets while on my weekly walk along the Mill Race Trail in St. Jacobs. They were always found but it wasn't until I put my name on the back of aforementioned magnets that I heard back from those who had found them.The comments were humbling and encouraging. Kids, parents, birdwatchers, dog walkers and old folk looked forward to finding little 'treasures' along the way. It made them smile and made me happy.
I started a Facebook group called Hidden Heads in which I posted any new carving hidden. The response was gratifying.
Now that I've moved on to Cobourg I am continuing the group in the hopes that it is as popular here as it was in St. Jacobs
